Description
This 1986 Sabre 36 centerboard sailboat has been in the same family for over 20 years. She’s sailed to the Bahamas more than six times and made two trips to Bermuda, showing her strength as a capable and reliable cruiser. The Sabre 36 is known for great sailing performance, a well-balanced helm, and a versatile centerboard design. She sails well in a wide range of conditions, handles easily, and is comfortable both offshore and in shallow waters.
The boat needs cleaning and restoration. She hasn’t been used recently and will need some minor work to get back into sailing shape. In the 1990s, there was a small electrical fire that was professionally repaired, and no structural damage was done.
